GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

1.                  Students not registered for TEE Practical at SED (for Dec 2016) but otherwise eligible are required to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- and  Rs.120/-  per  course  towards examination fee in favour of “IGNOU” payable at Delhi at the allotted examination centre before appearing for examination.

2.    Practical examination will be held at the Practical Examination Centres at                           address provided and as per the schedule. Each session will be of three hours duration for CITL 001, MCSL- 025 & MCSL-036courses, of one hour duration for BCSL-021, 022, 032, 033, 34, 43, 44, 45, 56, 57, 58, 68P  and 74P and of 2 hours duration for all other courses. 

3.                  Students registered for TEE (P) at SED for Dec 2016 and those students who have got 70% attendance in MCSL-016, MCSL-017, MCSL-025, MCSL-036,  MCSL045  and  MCSL-054  and 75% in rest of the courses are eligible to appear for the practical examination. In the case of CIT candidates, those who have attended at least 12 out of 18 practical counseling sessions in CITL-001 are only eligible to appear for the  Term-end Practical Examination. All these eligible students can download Hall Ticket by Regional Centre for appearing in the practical examination.

4.                  Students who have failed in the practical examinations conducted earlier need to produce copy of their Grade Card at the Regional Centre for issue of Hall Ticket for re-appearing in the practical examination of the courses in which they have failed. 

5.                  Students appearing for the practical examination are required to carry their Identity Card to the practical Examination Centre along with the Hall Ticket issued to them from Regional Centre. Students who do not produce  IGNOU Identity Card and Hall Ticket will not be permitted to appear for the examination.

6.                  Students attached to a Practical Examination Centre will not be permitted to take  their practical examination at some other Practical Examination Centre. Likewise students of a particular batch will not be permitted to take TEE Practical Examination in any other batch. No student shall be allowed to take Practical Examination at their own Study Centre.

7.                  The schedule for BCA/MCA/CBS/CIT Practical Examination is also available at IGNOU’s  RC Delhi-2   at  the notice board of Regional Centre and SCs/PSCs.
